Our local community is so much more than just the Santa Clarita

Our local community is far deeper than just the Santa Clarita Valley.

Coming out of the pandemic, online Meetups on the West Coast were booming. With communities that were once only in-person, are now connecting communities from Portland, Oregon out to the Inland Empire in Southern California.

With a primary focus on providing WordPress users assistance in a “Help Desk” format, no problem is too big or too small. These early evening WordPress Meetups take place on online Wednesdays or Thursdays of each week.

  • Flying into Los Angeles for WordCamp Santa Clarita

Flying into Los Angeles for WordCamp Santa Clarita

Should you fly into LAX or Bob Hope Airport in Burbank when attending WordCamp Santa Clarita?

Most travelers fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX, 41 miles, 66 km), one of the busiest airports in the world. It offers the widest selection of flights and convenient access to rental cars at the new LAX Rental Car Center and a ridesharing hub serviced by free shuttles.

However, getting to the Santa Clarita Valley will require you to travel through Interstate 405, one of the most heavily traveled corridors in the country. If flying into LAX, expect traffic congestion, adding extra travel time to Santa Clarita.

Alternatively, flying into Hollywood Burbank (Bob Hope) Airport (21 miles, 37 km) is much closer to Santa Clarita and typically easier to navigate, reducing your commute times. The tradeoff is fewer flight options, which may limit flexibility depending on your travel plans.
