Call for Speakers
Interested in sharing your passion project with our WordPress community? From AI to Woo and everything in between, we’d love to see it onstage.
What are we looking for in our speakers?
Submission topic and tips
Sessions will fall into one of the following formats:
- 15-minute lightning talks including five minutes for Q&A;
- 40-minute presentations including five minutes of Q&A;
- 90-minute panel discussion or workshop including 10 minutes of Q&A; and
You can propose your idea for consideration in one, two, or all three formats above.
When submitting your speaker application(s):
- Submissions close Monday, June 7, 2026, 12:00 am PDT;
- Use your real, full name (first and last);
- Your presentation title, description, and speaker biography will be used as-is if accepted;
- WordCamp A/V Release is required for submissions;
- Spellcheck all of your submissions;
- Speakers are not paid to present or for travel expenses;
- All attendees agree to observe the WordCamp Code of Conduct;
- Speakers will be vetted by organizing team volunteers; and
- IMPORTANT: Use correct capitalization for WordPress and WordCamp
