- Bio: Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)
Megan has been a student of yoga for 5 years and a teacher for 3 years. Her YTT was completed in her hometown of Toledo, Ohio where she originally studied Baptiste Power Yoga, a form of yoga that focuses on poses, meditation, and self-inquiry. She moved to the East Coast shortly after where she discovered her passion for gentle vinyasa, a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Aside from teaching in Baptiste studios, she’s had the opportunity to engage in private lessons, puppy yoga, virtual classes, kids yoga, and beginners yoga. She truly believes in the power of yoga and that it is meant for everyBODY. Her mission is to remain a practicing student to continue influencing as a teacher.
