She moved to the East Coast shortly after where she discovered her passion for gentle vinyasa, a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Aside from teaching in Baptiste studios, she&#8217;s had the opportunity to engage in private lessons, puppy yoga, virtual classes, kids yoga, and beginners yoga. She truly believes in the power of yoga and that it is meant for everyBODY.
